Aaron Blass is a pioneering business leader with an abundance of experience driving value to organizations, customers, and employees. A change leadership expert and transformative operations executive, Blass has dedicated his life to revolutionizing companies so that they and their teams can achieve optimal success. 

After working in pharmaceutical sales and leading sales teams, advancing strategies and implementing new processes to promote company growth, Aaron quickly discovered his passion for business development. Not soon after, Aaron began working as the Director of Business Development at a physician practice management company.  During this time Blass expertly furnished marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the organization. In 2010, Aaron began working for Lifepoint Dental Group, where he continued to craft his expertise for the next 9 years. 

While working for Lifepoint, Blass created a strategic resourcing model that turned Lifepoint’s organization into a nimble, rapid expansion, cost-contained, customer and employee focused entity. Throughout his tenure with Lifepoint, Blass drove productivity, revenue growth, and employee retention through the introduction of his operational systems and strategies. Aaron leveraged his consultative and industry expertise to start up and grow the dental management practice to $MM+ annual revenues with 70 employees and contract providers in just 20 short months. 

Throughout his career,  Aaron Blass has been responsible for spearheading various new initiatives that have ultimately propelled companies towards greater profitability and overall satisfaction. While working for Select Medical, Blass created and operationalized their referral process, training on specialty programs, patient retention process and value through innovative digital platforms. 

Having worked in a senior-level role for several years, Aaron has had a great deal of experience managing a team. A true champion of the employee experience, Aaron Blass has spent a good portion of his career dedicated to human capital and engagement. For Aaron, promoting a strong company culture is essential for driving motivation and ensuring engagement amongst employees. By promoting company engagement, Aaron establishes an elevated consumer experience which ultimately improves the company’s bottom line. Having lead various size teams, Aaron understands the significance of implementing cohesive plans for employees. Aligning strong teams has been of utmost importance to Aaron. This drive to build strong teams has created a positive patient and/or end-user experience. 

Today, Aaron is recognized as a change leadership expert and is often sought out by industry groups and partners in the medical industry. He presents deep and broad experience within healthcare, human resources, consumer products, and professional services environments. Always searching for opportunities to expand his knowledge, Aaron is often researching and reviewing new initiatives in the healthcare arena.
